For the fourth year in a row, on Good Friday 2007, the Churches Together in Beeston and Chilwell led the witness of Our Lord's Passion to the townsfolk of Beeston with a dramatised walk with Our Lord on His Way of the Cross. Beginning at Broadgate Park, and finishing with Christ's body being taken down from the cross and carried to Beeston Parish Church and there laid in the tomb. It was a truly moving and uncomfortable experience.
Thank you to all who worked so hard to witness to our town in this wonderful way.
